Free roof inspection, with a photo report of what we find.
Signs your gutters need attention
Overflowing water, sagging runs, leaks at seams, fascia rot and water collecting at the foundation can point to a gutter problem. Debris or a blocked outlet may be the cause, but damaged or poorly positioned gutters may need replacement. Observe from the ground during rain if it is safe; do not climb a wet ladder to investigate.
Replacing gutters with a roof or siding project
A new roof or siding project is a useful time to review the gutters. We look at how the roof edge sheds water, the condition of the fascia and how the gutter attachments fit the planned work. Gutters that remain sound do not automatically need replacement; the inspection determines what belongs in the estimate.
Downspout placement matters
The location of each outlet affects where rainwater ends up. We consider the roof area feeding each run, the ground around the house and where water can discharge away from the foundation. Existing drainage issues should be discussed before choosing downspout locations.
A clear scope before installation
The estimate identifies the gutter runs being installed or replaced and the planned downspout locations. If visible fascia damage needs attention, we explain how it affects the work. We do not assume a particular gutter style or accessory before reviewing your home.
